The inaugural Boot Camp is ‘in the books’, as they say! Take a look at the videos below to see how our participants fared. Trainers Jim and Greg brought this exciting new format to the Fit For Life repertoire as a way to invigorate members and introduce them to something ‘outside the box’! We witnessed outstanding performances from all! Out participants ‘spanned the ages’ and we give a special ‘shout out’ to ‘Take-No-Prisoners’ Joanne in the senior category for showing what it means to ‘hang in there’!
Based on the feedback from participants, we are going to begin offering this format twice per month, on Saturday mornings at 9am. We will advise shortly of the schedule for the balance of May. Then, look for a ‘regular’ schedule to appear in the newsletter.
The cost is $15 for a little more than 60 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to improve your cardio efficiency, shed body fat, and improve your endurance!
