Fitness Classes

Small group fitness classes are offered at Fit For Life Fitness Center. Classes are designed to meet a variety of ages, interests and skill levels. All of our classes are taught by friendly and qualified instructors.

Our yoga6 Yoga classes will reduce your stress, help you strengthen your core, and improve your flexibility and are ideal for all ages & skill levels.

Our Pilates classes designed to build core strength by incorporating breath, form, posture into all exercises. Pilates focuses on abs, glutes, low back and flexibility. This class is ideal for all levels.

We also offer an advanced Abdominals class that will strengthen your core upper & lower abs & obliques. Our Low Impact Aerobics (LIA) for Seniors class will help you stay fit and put a little variety into your workout.

Zumba Fitness is also an option for people who want to burn fat and calories at a very fast pace. Our Zumba classes are held right across the street from the gym at the Best Western Gateway Grand!  Hooray!  More room…More Fun… Bring Friends!

Aqua Aerobics (AA)  - NEW !! Thanks to our friends at the Best Western Gateway Grand Hotel we are now offering the low impact aerobics class for those of you who enjoy the water!  Tuesdays and Thurdays at 9am! Bring a towel, please! (CLOSED FOR THE WINTER)

Class Fees:  Yoga: $10/class or $85 for 10 classes or $160 for 20 classes. Pilates: $10/class or $40 for 5 classes or $ $65 for 10 classes. Zumba: $5/class.  Low Impact Aerobics: $5/class ($10 non-members). Abdominals: $5 / class. Class passes can be purchased at the front desk of Fit For Life.

Classes are small with lots of personal attention: Non-members welcome.

This is the general schedule of classes but every month brings changes because of holidays and special events. Here is the schedule of classes for January, 2012. *Note: Chair Aerobics 9:00am to 10:00 effective 1/19/2012

Yoga: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am -11:00 am. Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:00 pm

Zumba: Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm  (Best Western Hotel)

Aqua Aerobics:   Tuesdays/Thursdays  -  9:00am  (Best Western pool)

Pilates: Monday &  Thursday  5:30 to 6:25pm
Abdominals: Tuesday  5:45pm-6:20pm
Low Impact Aerobics for Seniors: Mondays 10:00-11:00am

Chair Aerobics for Seniors: Thursday 9:00 am to 10:00am (FREE Members -$5 Guests)
