Jim Sirmans, NASM-CPT
‘A long time advocate of health and wellness, Jim joins our personal training staff offering a mature, systematic approach to nurturing clients into an exercise-rich lifestyle. His discipline stems from the fundamental belief that knowledge, in and of itself, is not adequate to implement lifestyle changes. My vision is to educate, inform, and inspire clients to achieve their human potential’. Extremely active in the development and implementation of tangential fitness-based initiatives, Jim has experience with the International Health & Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA), the Institute of Health & Productivity Management (IHPM) and America’s Health Insurance Plan (AHIP) in trying to tie verifiable Exercise Grade Activity (EGA) with reduction in healthcare costs. Recently receiving the endorsement of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine , Jim’s ‘Sense-A! (Exercise Recognition Technology™) device may provide the medical community with the tool they need to monitor patients’ engagement in regular exercise to assist in the recommendation of medical therapies.
